The point of the resume is to create enough differentiation to get the employer to speak with you.

The first thing you need to know about Jackson Stevens Resume Strategists:

We are former search firm owners in retirement.

We do not have any interest in becoming “career” resume writers.  

We exist to provide candidate selections to our recruiting partners. We also critique resumes, upon their request. If you have been referred by one of our search firm partners, fill out the critique request below. If you do not have a referral, you must contact one of our recruiting partners or provide an explanation in the appropriate section below. We do not offer retail services to the general public.

This is not your typical resume critique session. This is an in-depth probe, comparing what you offer to what your resume states you offer.

Our 7 dimensional system was discovered through research conducted on behalf of our recruiting partners. During this effort, the Jackson Stevens leadership team uncovered 7 questions that were on the minds of every employer. These 7 questions determined whether the candidate would actually be hired, and surprisingly enough, had nothing to do with the job description. Today, we call them the 7 Dimensions™ of resume communication.

The Resume Critique session is offered to compare your resume to those 7 questions. You will need to have a live internet connection for a Webex meeting and be available by telephone. Your session and resume will be held in the strictest of confidence.
